One-Off Custom-Built Kart-Engined Vespa by Mark Milner
This is a truly unique, one-of-a-kind Vespa build by renowned custom builder Mark Milner, powered by a high-performance Pavessi 125cc kart engine. Producing an impressive 46 bhp and capable of reaching speeds up to 120 mph, this scooter redefines what a Vespa can be.
Engineered for serious performance, it features a 6-speed sequential gearbox, rear disc brake, and a fully modified engine subframe. The build includes a custom drive chain, internal gear change system, frame strengthening tube, and a custom one-off exhaust. The legshield has been precision-drilled to accommodate a radiator, optimizing cooling for the high-output motor.
Dyno-tested by Viper Racing UK at 46 bhp, this scooter is as fast as it is unique — a radical blend of kart racing engineering and classic Vespa style.

All of our scooters are delivered in house by scooterist, so you can be introduced properly to your new scooter.
