You can’t go wrong with a GP and this lovely early SIL model has been fully restored in a graphite grey, fitted with GP 200 style forks with BGM front dampers and an outboard fully hydraulic disc brake it looks the part and has the stopping power for the real star of the show, the engine.

This is a real fruity motor, on the face of it, it’s just a humble Rapido 225 but one twist of the throttle and you’ll feel that there’s much more to it. The cylinder has been tuned, it’s still running a standard stroke crankshaft, a PHBL carb and matched with a TSR exhaust, it sounds lairy as owt!
