1964 Lambretta Series 2 Misano RB 260 Tourer – Showstopper Tourer with Serious Spec

An absolutely stunning example of a fully rebuilt and expertly tuned Lambretta, this Series 2 Misano RB 260 Tourer is a serious machine—crafted for high-performance touring with no expense spared.

At its heart is a Tino Sacchi Misano engine casing—a rare and high-end component worth £2,000 alone—housing a 64mm Big Thumper crankshaft, new RB 250 mono port kit, and AF Mammoth cylinder head, all professionally tuned by Chalky at Replay Scooters. The top end was built by Jon Gilbert Scooters, while the bottom end and engine assembly were expertly handled by Jon Ashford Smith.

This scooter is kitted out with top-tier components:

  • CASA Performance Cyclone Supreme 5-speed gearbox

  • AF Race cassette clutch

  • Varitronic ignition

  • Mikuni TMX 35mm carb

  • Franspeed stainless SuperTourer exhaust

  • MB linkage set for smooth shifting

  • OilTek long-range fuel tank

Riding quality is enhanced with:

  • PM Tuning forks, outboard dampers, and anti-dive disc brake setup

  • Protec rear shock absorber

  • Offset Targa rear wheel with new tyres

  • Tino Sacchi safe rear hub for added confidence at speed

Looks as good as it rides, with a brand new Porsche Chalk Grey paint job by Kenny Bradford at KB Paintshop, complemented by a Gori slope-back race seat and Jockeys Boxenstops headlight. A Frenched legshield toolbox adds a touch of custom class.

This scooter is in immaculate, box-fresh condition, never ridden since rebuild, and still needs running in. A true one-off machine built for the enthusiast who appreciates both style and performance.
